I was a little worried because in the past my daughter has been treated by different doctors and we all got the same diagnoses and they never explained to us what plan they would give her. the dr. Lymarie Vilella took the time to analyze my daughter's case and not only look at what the other doctors had diagnosed in the past and she explained everything to us step by step. She is the first doctor that in 13 years that I have been taking my daughter to different doctors has taken the time to actually give her a correct diagnosis, she is an excellent human being who loves her profession and that makes a difference.."

Dr. Torres is excellent and very professional at all times. She takes time to listen and provides great feedback. Adrianne Marquez has also provided excellent service. She goes above and beyond to help in everything needed. Her customer service skills are excellent. There are no words to express my appreciation. I have had a severe anxiety disorder since early childhood. I also suffer from PTSD. I am extraordinarily anxious when meeting a new doctor and prefer to see the doctor in person at least the first time. Due to my scheduling issues I had to have my first appointment with Dr. Byrd in a teleconference. I was almost immediately put at ease when I met her online. 10 minutes into our appointment my heartrate had decreased dramatically and was back down to normal! This is the first time this has ever happened with a new doctor for me. Dr. Byrd's whole persona is comforting and puts forth a almost instantaneous sense of trust and competence. I am so very impresses with her. I have been seeing various Psychiatrists for 17 years now and after one visit I can truthfully say she is the best doctor I have ever had. Highly appreciate and recommend her!
