meeting people where they are while honoring their individual stories.
Nicole completed two internships at an alternative school in the Orlando area, were
she supported teenagers navigating life challenges while working toward completing
their education. At OPA Behavioral Health, Nicole works with kids, teens, and adults,
supporting clients throughout their mental health journey and empowering them to use
their strengths to navigate all aspects of life. She has experience working with a variety
of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality
disorder, and ADHD.
Nicole is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for clients from all walks of
life and is deeply passionate about equitable mental health care. She recognizes how
identity, culture, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world and
believes therapy should honor this. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading,
volunteering, exploring Central Florida’s state parks, and visiting theme parks.
