Jasmine, a physician from the University of Bombay, India has been a member of the OPA family since 2013 where she has held the roles of Clinical Coordinator, TMS Supervisor, and HR & Billing Manager for many years. Her strong leadership skills, problem solving ability, and hands-on approach sets her apart and has earned her the current leading role of Director of Operations & Practice Manager of OPA since 2018. Jasmine efficiently manages overall administration, functioning, well-being, and effectiveness of all six offices (Orlando, Ocoee, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, Lakeland and Jacksonville). She is an excellent Clinician enforcing clinical coordination between Providers, pharmacies and patients, as well as managing Providers schedules. Jasmine is in charge of bringing on more insurance panels and coverages, certifying the widest coverages are available to the patient community, and making sure that the best options of insurance companies are attainable for our patients. Besides leadership, Jasmine carries an amicable, respectful, and compassionate demeanor towards the OPA professional team and the mental health population for an optimum patient satisfaction– thus making OPA the best Psychiatric practice in Central Florida.
