Silvana is a bilingual Masters Level Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field in Central Florida. She joined the OPA team as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in 2015. She later became Executive Administrator and she has held Marketing responsibilities for OPA’s external growth. Silvana is currently Director of Quality Control & HR within the Administration team, giving her the ability to oversee all 6 offices activities and processes. With her detail-oriented skills, she secures efficiency and compliance of company policies and procedures. She ensures that each office is fully equipped to operate smoothly and to achieve OPA’s mission of dignified and quality mental health services for all patients. As OPA Behavioral Health keeps expanding throughout Florida, Silvana is in charge of interviewing and hiring employees.  She also assists internally by enhancing staff relations and morale. Within OPA, Silvana’s duties fluctuate according to the demands and requirements of the organization’s development, which is why her employer assigns her different tasks. Her adaptability, availability, and efficacy has positioned her in various roles at OPA. Silvana has earned high recognition for implementing new tools for the Interviewing and Assessing of patients, for efficient hiring process of OPA staff, improvement of Patient/Clinician therapeutic rapport, and improvement of office atmosphere and appearance with the ultimate goal of achieving best practices for all patients. Her unparalleled devotion in making OPA a leader of its kind, has granted her the chance to witness the company’s progress over the past five years.
