Ms. Cristina Molina is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a distinguished member of the American Psychiatric Nurse Association. Possessing diverse clinical experience across various healthcare settings, Ms. Molina has demonstrated proficiency in the inpatient acute psychiatric unit, initially as a staff nurse and later assuming leadership responsibilities in Texas. Her clinical acumen encompasses psychiatric evaluation, collaborative patient treatment employing both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic modalities, and crisis intervention utilizing effective communication and de-escalation strategies. Furthermore, her clinical exposure has fueled her fervor for addressing and advocating mental health concerns across diverse demographic groups. Having recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with clinical rotations in private and public institutions, Ms. Molina intends to pursue certification in pediatric behavioral health. She is bilingual in English and Filipino and holds membership in the esteemed Sigma Theta Tau International.
