Rachel Webster, RMHCI

I am Rachel Webster, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern based in Jacksonville, Florida. I graduated with distinction from Capella University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy primarily through telehealth. My experience includes working with diverse populations from military families, to children in the child welfare system which has given me a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the unique challenges people face across different life stages.

I specialize in supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship and communication difficulties, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, play therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
