Dr. Raju is the Owner, CEO, and Medical Director of OPA Behavioral Health (formerly known as Orlando Psychiatric Associates). He has cared for patients in the communities of Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Ocoee, Lakeland, and Orlando, Florida, since he opened his private practice in 2005. His success continues to flourish as he is in the process of expanding to the areas of Tampa and Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Raju treats patients of all ages but his specialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry sets him apart.

After earning his Medical Doctorate degree from the prestigious Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati, India, Dr. Raju completed the psychiatry residency program at the Hennepin County Medical Center affiliated with the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Following his residency, Dr. Raju was selected for a fellowship in child and adolescent psychology at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Raju has extensive experience in community mental health centers prior to opening OPA Behavioral Health.

Dr. Raju has a reputation for being a compassionate and caring provider, and he was honored by his patients with The Compassionate Doctor Award.
