Sara Ochoa is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Florida. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Sara works with an integrative and strengths-based approach, while incorporating mindfulness and holistic principles. Sara believes therapy is a collaborative process between herself and her clients. She helps individuals, families and couples to understand and respect one another, acknowledge. define, and negotiate their difference, and resolve conflicts into safe, supportive, and healthier relationships. Sara incorporates warmth, genuineness, and humor into her work, aiming to create a safe space where diverse client systems feel comfortable engaging in greater understanding and resiliency to create a long-standing, meaningful change. Sara works with teens and adults individually and in group settings. Sara is a Bilingual Clinician who has a heart for all cultures, especially the Hispanic population. For fun, Sara enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones as she values the importance of family and having a strong support system.
