Dr. Raju is the Founder and CEO of OPA Behavioral Health and Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. He founded OPA in 2005 with a mission to make high-quality psychiatric care accessible, compassionate, and community-centered.

Under his leadership, OPA Behavioral Health has grown into a multi-location behavioral health organization delivering care through in-office and telehealth services across Florida, with a strategic vision to expand psychiatric services into additional states. His focus is on building scalable, ethical healthcare systems that improve access to mental health care while preserving personalized, evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Raju is also a committed philanthropist and community advocate. He actively supports initiatives that expand mental health services in underserved communities, promote early intervention, and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.
